Meatloaf Trick it's in the Bag

One of the best gifts I received this past holiday season was, a wonderful book from a dear friend. The Best cooking tips from Cuisine at Home, and let me tell you any tips I can get to make my life in the kitchen easier, I am ready, willing and able to try... I was quite happy to find this little meatloaf ditty...

Meatloaf is a big hit at my house, however I am a bit reluctant to make it, I always feel like I am entering meat hell as my hands plunge into the mixture of all things meatloafy.... I am not a big fan of that.

So , from now on I will put on my kitchen finery and bag it.

Bagging the meatloaf.....

To keep your hands clean while making up the families favorite meat loaf, put all the ingredients into a large Ziploc bag. Close the bag, then knead everything together until the ingredients are well mixed.. Drop the mixture into your pan form into a loaf..Cover with barbecue sauce and move on, to some other kitchen task like stirring the pot.....in your Betty Draper dress.
How great is that?
