St Patrick's continued

Good Old Corn Beef Hash ,a St Paddy's hangover in a tasty way, even better than 7 servings for 7 dollars..... more like feed ten for zilch :) Take whatever is left over from the St paddy's corn beef and cabbage meal chop it all up into nice bite sized pieces

Throw some butter in the fry pan, love the butter....get the ketchup ready


Put all the fixins in the pan , or in my case two pans and let it go, try for the nice browned crispy look, this can take some time and a few flips, at least 30-40 minutes total.




Serve it up with a nice green salad, possibly some green refreshments left over from the previous evening and ta da dinner is served...Of course mine should be a lot crispier, but like my partner in crime tells me I have the attention span of a gnat, so of course mine is not as browned as your would be...Oh Well enjoy!!!!!! R
