Crock Pot Pot Roast

One large pot roast
6 large potatoes
1bag of frozen carrots
10-12 mushrooms sliced
2 medium onions
1/2 cooking sherry
1/4 steak sauce sauce
2 cans beef broth

brown roast on all side about 5 minutes each side
remove roast to crock pot
pour cooking sherry in pan from the roast and add to the crock pot

prepare potatoes peel and cut in half
slice mushrooms
peel onion cut in half
add beef broth,steak sauce,potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions to the crock pot cover and cook 4-5 hours
on med to high
serves 8
