Ann Lakin Garver Bulcao Steadman, the aforementioned Princess, aka my college roommate, is headed to the inauguration, and I will be posting vicariously through her all day.

She and her darling husband Shad (it's a southern thing) will be viewing the parade from a choice location high atop Pennsylvania Avenue.

Unlike most of the American riff raff clogging the streets of our nation's capitol, Ann is in an Escalade or other Powerful American Car being driven to her destination, natch.
