Another Veggie Winner

Broccoli Burgers anyone ?

You can imagine........ they ran for the hills....... my little one even found a way out of the house for the evening ( he is convinced he is allergic to all things broccoli) gagging as he packed his little over night bag....

Well ,when all was said and done these little ditties were a tremendous hit 7 for 7, we all tried this meal and were truly delighted. The Burgers were Crispy on the outside ,moist and delicious on the inside, God Bless my step mom for she can put smiles on the meat eaters mugs,Victoria is incredible at what she does, master veggie chef. I think in total she's come up with at least 50 veggie burger recipes and I am looking forward to trying them all.

This recipe contained just the right combination of butter beans, broccoli, and garlicky bread crumbs served on a crunchy bed of lettuce, drizzled with sesame ginger sauce, the savage meat eating beasts were calm...

Peace reigned once again and The gagging baby missed a great great meal :)
